Step 01

Verify Category & Benefits

Determine your membership tier (Large, Medium, or Small Scale, or Logistics partner) based on your mill's processing capacity. Review the benefits and prepare standard corporate registration files.

  • Confirm daily timber processing capacity
  • Identify the correct membership tier
  • Review the applicable annual fee rates
  • Collect initial business registry files

Submit Registration Online

Register an account on the secure member portal. Submit your Certificate of Incorporation, Tax Clearance certificates, and Forest Services Division (FSD) logs permit details.

  • Complete corporate profile on member portal
  • Upload Registrar General incorporation documents
  • Provide valid Tax Clearance Certificate
  • Upload active Forest Services Division permits

Submit Registration Online

Register an account on the secure member portal. Submit your Certificate of Incorporation, Tax Clearance certificates, and Forest Services Division (FSD) logs permit details.

Secretariat Compliance Audit

The GTMO Secretariat reviews your application dossiers. Our team verifies compliance records with the Forestry Commission and logs tracking protocols within 48 hours.

  • Review historical compliance history

For manufacturing and sawmilling categories, GTMO inspectors conduct a site visit to verify mill equipment safety, timber grading practices, and sustainable forestry guidelines.

  • Scheduled physical factory inspection
  • Verify timber grading standards
  • Confirm occupational safety compliance
  • Submit field inspection report to Secretariat
